Mission Statement

Leisure Security aim to provide the best possible service to our clients. We are aware that our door staff are seen as a "Front Line" of your venue. As such we train them in customer care and relations. We set our standards high and always do our utmost to preserve these.

Door Staff

All of our door staff are fully vetted and must pass an interview by the managing director before being offered any form of employment. We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs and as such all door staff attend drugs awareness courses.

Venues

All venues we undertake will be visited by a senior manager or director at least once per week. This enables the venue manager to discuss any concerns or changes they may have in mind.
